Our client, a long established and reputable legal practice are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancer ideally 4+ years PQE to join their Property team.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will handle their own varied caseload from inception to completion dealing with Sales and Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold, Transfer of Equity as well as New Build transactions.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be 4+ years PQE with proven knowledge and experience of handling your own caseload of Residential files with limited supervision. You will be forward thinking with excellent client management and communication skills.

Salary is dependent on experience.
