My client, a leading Birmingham City Centre-based full-service law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join its existing busy team on a full time and permanent basis.
Due to an ongoing demand for New Build work and a busy pipeline of future instructions, the firm is looking for a fee earner with experience ideally in plot sales, acquisition, site set-ups and disposal of dwellings and shared ownership. However, a strong conveyancing background is also essential.
Working as part of a team and managing your own caseload of transactions, you will deal with plot sale paperwork, enquiries, exchange of contracts and completions.
There are some amazing career prospects on offer with this role for someone with an interest in specialising in New Build work, in addition to an attractive financial and benefits package.
