Locum Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor- 2+ PQE / Coventry / 2 weeks - 2 months. Office based – This central high street firm are seeking an experienced and adaptable Property Locum to cover a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property Matters.
OVERVIEW:
• This small high street firm are seeking an experience and adaptable Property Solicitor/ Lawyer to cover a period of sick leave and permanent recruitment cover.
• This role will be office based; however, the firm are fully COVID compliant in line with government guidelines.
• This role will fall outside IR35.
• The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload property matters such as remortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, right to buy and new plot purchases. Also experience within HMO’S and commercial transactions are desirable.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm and will be based in the office.
• Coventry based firm.
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £35+ per hour.
