It is essential that the ideal candidate has title checking experience as well as dealing with sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfer of equity. The Property Solicitor candidate should be able to run their own caseload independently.

- Experience with all re-finance & residential property matters
- Ability to manage own caseload essential
The Applicant will gain experience in a number of areas of law including
- Commercial Property
- Residential Conveyancing
- Refinancing – (acting for the Borrowers)
- Refinancing – (acting for the Lenders)
