There is an exciting opening for a commercial property paralegal to join a well established high street firm in the Borough of Kingston.
This role would be suited to a paralegal who has previous property experience; ideally landlord and tenant, drafting agreements and leases would be desirable.
As part of this position your responsibilities will include offering support to the partners and fee earners in the department, drafting documents, communicating with clients and dealing with other conveyancing formalities.
