Conveyancing Assistant - Horsforth
The Firm:
-Full service law firm which has been established for a number of years
-Approachable and highly supportive team
-Committed to providing an excellent service to its clients
The Role:
-You will be working within a small close knit team assisting with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-The caseload is varied and will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* New builds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-You must have proven experience of working as a conveyancing assistant
-Able to deal with both sale and purchase files
-Able to work within a team
-Excellent communication skills and ability to build long lasting client relationships
