An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and highly respected law firm in Northampton.

The firm have a thriving commercial property team which makes up part of a larger commercial department and possesses an established client base which provides regular, high quality instructions.

You will take on a commercial property caseload which will focus on commercial leases and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. You will benefit from guidance from experienced Solicitors in the team and from administrative support from experienced legal secretaries.

The firm is well positioned in the local market and continues to grow and win new business. They offer good prospects for professional development and high quality work alongside a supportive and friendly working environment. They offer a hybrid of home working and office working allowing you get the benefits of both.

This position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE, a Legal Executive or an experienced fee earning Paralegal.

The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience. Candidates are invited to discuss their requirement upon application.
