NQ Planning Solicitor

Our Client is a well-regarded, successful National practice which is looking for an ambitious NQ Planning solicitor to join its excellent team in Leeds. Whilst our client’s preference is to source an NQ, they are being flexible in their search and are willing to consider junior candidates with up to 2PQE.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within a highly rated team of recognised lawyers and will be given the opportunity of dealing with a wide spectrum of complex, high quality Planning matters – from providing general planning advice, to reviewing planning applications, appeals/inquiries and advising on their potential outcomes. The role will also entail providing support to the wider Real Estate, Projects and Corporate teams on occasion.

The Planning team (and the wider Real Estate teams) have a wide variety of excellent clients including large international property developers, local authorities and international infrastructure companies.

The work on offer is of a high standard and the successful candidate will have the opportunity of building on their expertise, learning from a team of team of lawyers who are at the top of their game.
