RTA Fee Earner - In House RTA

A Legal Executive/Solicitor is required for this leading in-house PI team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Fee Earner to join a forward thinking and well regarded in house team.

You Will need:
You will need at least three years' of RTA litigation experience as you will be required to handle your own personal injury fast and multi track caseload. Claimant and Defendant experience will be considered.

The Role:
The work will be a mix of fast track and small claims work and will involve issues of liability, special damages and credit hire. You will deal with claims from cradle to grave, and will gain great experience with one of the most successful in-house PI teams in Manchester.
