They seek a Lawyer of outstanding calibre to succeed the head of department and lead the team going forward. The role does not require a following and would be direct entry, day one salaried partnership, leading to equity in the short term.

As a partner you will be acting for businesses which are the life-blood of the East Anglian economy but primarily property developers and land promoters and be involved in all aspects of land including acquisition, development and sale of development sites, new build developments, contracts conditional on planning permission, extinguishment and grant of easements, mezzanine finance agreements, overage, clawback and option agreements, S106 agreements and unilateral undertakings, insolvent property transactions, agricultural and commercial land acquisitions and disposals, unregistered land, section 38 Agreements (Road Adoption) and section 106 agreements and unilateral undertakings

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join law firm as a Partner without a following and perhaps a City based Senior Associate looking for a move outside of London.
