A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Paralegal to join a well-regarded, expanding Private Client department in Warrington.
The team deal with a variety of Wills & Probate issues and require a Private Client Paralegal experienced in an array of matters who is not only technically proficient but also keen to be at the forefront of the ongoing development of the team.
As a Private Client Paralegal you will be tasked with the day to day management of an autonomous caseload of files, predominantly Wills & Probate. The wider team does undertake work across the entire sphere of Private Client matters (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Wills, Probate, Estate administration etc.) and you will be tasked with assisting on more complex issues.
There is a realistic opportunity for a Training Contract in the short-term which represents a genuine chance to be a vital part of a growing department from early on - all in all a fantastic option for an aspirational Private Client Paralegal.
