An excellent opportunity has arisen with a warm and welcoming firm which is now seeking a family solicitor to join their Family Law Team in Edinburgh.
This role will offer good quality work and the opportunity to be part of an inclusive team and a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first-class service.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload of a wide variety of family law matters including - divorce, financial provision, adoption, child abduction, contact and relocation disputes. Experience of instructing Counsel and an understanding of Court of Session procedure is highly desirable, but not essential.
You will be a self-motivated and driven family solicitor who is able to communicate confidently and work effectively as part of a team. Care, compassion and empathy are essential for this opportunity and a proactive approach would also be highly advantageous.
