JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE: At least 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION: West Midlands

THE ROLE:
Joining this successful clinical negligence team, you will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of claimant clinical negligence matters. This will include birth injuries, gynaecological negligence, brain and spinal injuries, cancer claims, fatal cases/inquests, eye injury claims and vascular and cardiac claims.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years’ PQE as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor within claimant and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters. You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a team.
