Description
The role, within the legal team, will focus on the drafting & negotiating of a broad range of relevant commercial contracts, including:
- Brokerage agreements;
- Terms of business;
- Claims handling agreements;
- Supplier contracts (incl. IT-related agreements).
The position will have broad responsibility for day-to-day legal support of a range of different business lines and will have access to stakeholders across the business.
Profile
The successful commercial lawyer will have a strong legal background with experience working in-house, preferably within insurance or financial services.
