Our client is regarded as one of the world's premier offshore firms and they are looking to add one or more corporate / funds lawyers to highly regarded team in Cayman. The team cover a broad range of corporate, regulatory and commercial activities including mergers, acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures as well as providing advice relating to closed and open ended funds.
You will have trained at a well-regarded law firm recognised for its corporate or funds practice in a common law jurisdiction.
For solicitors based overseas, an highly competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
