Head of Conveyancing

Birmingham, Competitive Salary, Profit Share

Successful residential developer seeks dynamic Conveyancer to manage a new conveyancing practice. This opportunity would allow you to effectively build your own business with the support of a highly successful property group with a track record of growing businesses.

The initial focus of the role will be to build and manage a team and to service the existing workload of the developer. You will be assured of regular instruction of high quality work which will be able to service at scale. The position will be hands on and will involve fee earning alongside management.

Once established, there will be opportunities to take advantage of the firm’s connections and take on new clients who are affiliated with wider groups. There is real potential to grow the business and to reap the rewards of that growth.

This is a rare opportunity which would allow an ambitious individual the autonomy to put their stamp on a business with the comfort and support afforded by being part of a wider group.

The firm offers a competitive salary and profit share arrangement. The earning potential is excellent.

Essential

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
