Real Estate Solicitor

Our client, a very well-established multi-service firm with a strong presence in Manchester and Liverpool. They are looking for an experience and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their team.

My client is a global multinational law firm and is one of the 50 largest law practices in the world.

The Firm

• One of the 50 largest practices in the world.
• Global multinational Law Firm
• Multiple sites with offices around the UK: Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle.

The Role

• Advocacy work
• Good working knowledge of full range of real estate finance / secured lending lender only matters including short term bridging finance and complex transactions.
• Ability to draft / approve draft security documentation amended as appropriate to individual clients / referrers.
• Ability to undertake thorough title due diligence, raise appropriate enquiries and monitor / approve responses from borrower’s solicitor.
• Ability to review facility letters / offers of finance and to interpret, understand, explain and satisfy special conditions of offer and conditions precedent to drawdown.
• Ability to review valuation reports and identify issues to be highlighted / considered and satisfied.
• Ability to draft Reports on Title to lender clients identifying appropriate disclosures.

The Candidate

• 2-4Years PQE
• To provide an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients.
• Communicate with clients of the department in a professional and courteous manner.
• To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction.
• To manage an agreed caseload of clients in a profitable and efficient manner.
