Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - South East with some remote working
Mid-June start until end of July - Flexible rate DOE
Our client is a L500 law firm, highly regarded for their work across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
The firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team for a period of around 7 weeks initially, covering whilst they await a new starter to join the department.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering sales, leases, plot sales, residential development matters (s106 and s38) and licenses. The locum will benefit from admin support provided by knowledgeable and competent Paralegals.
This role offers flexibility for candidates seeking either full time or part time work and can consider an element of remote working.
