This reputed and well respected law firm is looking to build up their already strong commercial litigation team in Taunton.
You will be a reputed commercial litigator with broad experience handling director/shareholder disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence and building/construction disputes.
This role will likely suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4-5 years PQE within commercial litigation. Perhaps your experience is more general litigation to include commercial - and you would like to specialise purely in commercial litigation? This could be the role for you!
You will be supported by an accomplished partner and will work closely with the contentious probate, commercial/corporate and commercial property teams. You will all work closely together to cross refer work for your shared clients.
The sky really is the limit with this role, you will receive ongoing training and development with a very structured career development path. Future opportunities are available to progress and continue to build the commercial litigation team around yourself!
Commercially aware solicitors and legal executives who enjoy business development (virtually or otherwise!) are encouraged to apply, although the work coming through currently will keep you very busy!
Excellent salary - around £50k + all benefits associated with a top firm.
