This Manchester based costs law firm have an enviable reputation in the defendant market, acting for insurance companies, local government and law firms across the country. They are consistently ahead of the curve, employing the latest systems and technology to improve efficiency and workflow.

Your new role
The focus on this role is costs negotiation with a mix of drafting. The work is defendant clinical negligence with some catastrophic personal injury. You will join a solid team of 20 fee earners.

The role is Manchester based but applicants nationwide are being considered. You will be required to work 2 days a week from the office. All stay over costs will be covered.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid costs experience in the clinical negligence and catastrophic loss, especially within a negotiation context. Applicants with RTA costs experience will also be considered. You will have excellent attention to detail and a desire to go the extra mile for clients.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience with an excellent benefits package. There is also the option of achieving a bonus of between £5,000 - £8,500 dependent on KPIs. Flexible working options are available.
