An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Residential Conveyancer is required by one of the region's longest-standing practices, which is currently expanding its well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department in south Manchester.
Joining this really well-established department, you'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Legal Executive, Licensed or Solicitor) looking to further your career as part of a renowned, friendly team. You'll have demonstrable previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, transfers of equity, right to buy etc.
The team overall is vastly experienced, and you'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own autonomous caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
The salary for this role is competitive and will be in line with expertise. They offer full benefits, including local parking.
