Our fantastic international law firm client is on the lookout for a Strategic Implementation Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The main focus for the role will be to assist in deploying the strategy for two developing sectors of the business.  The candidate will be joining a small but hardworking and professional team and will support continue to grow and support practice areas that have developed hugely in the past 2 years. Our client is looking for a candidate who can help coordinate and organise the tech practice sector, as well as assist in managing the existing retail areas. The role has a wide remit, and the candidate will need to have gravitas and high level of organisation to build relationships and manage a heavy workload, keeping central records, being a POC for external stakeholders, managing and creating databases and newsletters for the firm. The candidate will ideally be interested and passionate about tech and retail and be able to coordinate other teams throughout the firm. The role will encompass elements of Business Development, L&D, Project Management and Knowledge/ Research so someone with some experience in one or ideally all of these areas would be preferred. Strong communication skills both written and spoken to inform and direct. 2/4 years’ experience and someone who is aware of how a partnership structure works is essential- law firm experience preferred but will consider strong candidates from other areas of professional services. The core hours for this role are 9:30am – 5:30pm and will be paying between £30,000- £35,000.
