Banking Associate

An International, awarding winning law firm is looking to expand their legal 500 practice with an associate hire.

The Role: 

The successful candidate will be working alongside the partners, assisting in a range of both transactional and general banking matters. 
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Working in a wide assortment of Banking and Finance (I.E commodity Finance and Real estate finance) 
• Immerse yourself in deciphering matters of top-tier company lending with high caliber clients
• Work alongside a full-service team of legal professions from partners to paralegals 

Person Specifics: 

• 0-3 Years PQE working in a leading global or national law firm.
• Commercially motivated. 
• Adaptable to be able to work in a distinct and all-encompassing team. 
• Flexible and commitment to work extra hours. 
• Have a strong academic experience.
