Top 50 high calibre firm, offering competitive salary and remuneration package in addition to flexible working options. The appointed Insurance Solicitor will provide a wide range of general and specialist insurance coverage and claims defence advice. Your work will frequently involve building contracts, so familiarity with construction appointment documents, collateral warranties, JCT and other contract documentation is required. You will ideally have 4+ years’ experience with excellent knowledge and a background in commercial litigation/professional indemnity litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
