An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Contentious Trust & Probate solicitor to join this rapidly expanding firm in its Central London office.
You will be joining the highly regarded contested wills, trusts and estates team. The team predominantly work from the firms head office which is located in Wales. This is a fantastic chance to come in and strengthen and develop the frims growing London presence. The team is one of the largest dedicates teams outside of the City and act for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations and banks.
You will be responsible for handling a full range of contested will, trust and estate work with a particular focus on high value, complex and cross-border trust and estate disputes. Alongside your caseload, you will be responsible for developing the team's practice in London, alongside the head of department.
Ideally you will hold the ACTAPS and STEP diplomas or be working towards them.
