An established, forward thinking Legal 500 firm in Dartford is looking for an Employment Lawyer with 1-4 years’ PQE to join its successful team.
You will be advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law matters both contentious and non-contentious. Your work will include drafting contracts, TUPE, restricted covenants and unfair dismissal.
This position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience of employment litigation in tribunals and courts.
You will play an active role in business development and so previous experience that demonstrates managing client relationships is desirable.
