Our client is one of the best firms in the region, well-known in the Cheltenham market and often seen as a competitor practice to leading firms both here in Bristol and Bath and also up in Birmingham. They are still a small firm by comparison, so they have a close knit team and have fostered an excellent, friendly and relaxed culture.

They are now looking to appoint another qualified Solicitor in to their Litigation team with the main focus being on the interesting range of Property Litigation work they get in, which comes from a variety of local and some national clients. Their Chambers-rated litigation team is known for handling an impressive range of disputes and have an excellent reputation for their landlord and tenant work. There is also going to be the opportunity to develop skills and experience dealing with commercial Litigation and Contentious Probate work if that might also interest you as that is also a fast-growing area of Litigation work for the existing team.

Candidates should have at least two years' PQE along with strong Litigation experience and good client skills as this is a role where you will have lots of direct client contact.
