An established law firm with a history going back over 150 years has a great opportunity for a Commercial or Corporate Solicitor to join their robust team in Basingstoke.

This firm has a long history of dealing with a highly respected private client and commercial client base across Hampshire and the Thames Valley .

The Responsibilities 

Your tasks will include: 

• Working on a full spectrum of corporate/commercial work
• Advising on joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements
• Dealing with M&A work
• Advising on management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Getting involved with business growth strategy

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in handling complex commercial work
• Confidence in bringing own following of clients
• Have an enthusiasm for new business development
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work with clients at a senior level
• Represent the firm at senior level
