Finance Lawyer, Mid-sized International Bank

This international banking group has retained an innovative and entrepreneurial approach as they have grown. They are currently looking to recruit a finance lawyer to join the close-knit legal team primarily supporting the fund solutions business, on a 12 month contract.

Your primary focus will be advising on all aspects of fund finance as well as supporting other lending desks as needed.  This varied role will involve drafting and negotiating documentation, advising the business on investment decisions and transaction execution as well as working directly with the business to structure transactions.  This will suit a banking/finance lawyer with a practical, pragmatic approach and at least 4 years pqe including a good law firm training.  Some prior exposure to fund finance would benefit your application but this is not essential.  You will be commercially minded enough to use your technical expertise and judgement to make sounds decisions with the communication skills to forge strong relationships with your key stakeholders from day one.
