A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading legal 500 law firm in their Reading office.
The Role:
- Overseeing all aspects of property transaction.
- Freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
The candidate:
- Experienced (Ideally 6 years PQE) residential property solicitor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage high volume case loads.
- Able to liaise with clients professionally and confidently.
Salary dependent on experience however the ball park figure is between £45000-£65000
