An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive to join the UK's leading defendant insurance firm in the Manchester office.
You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of litigated small claims and fast track Credit Hire matters from instruction to resolution on a delegated authority basis.
Your responsibilities in this Credit Hire position will include reviewing quantum, engaging in negotiations, making and considering offers of settlement, drafting court documents and working in accordance with court orders and directions. There is also the opportunity to build and improve your advocacy skills by attending telephone conferences and applications.
You will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience and full company benefits including flexible working, training and pension contribution. This is a firm that rewards you for your determination and hardwork by providing incentives and clear channels of progression.
Previous experience in defendant Credit Hire is preferred but not essential, and candidates coming from an exclusively claimant background are also encouraged to apply.
