A leading Legal 500 firm with sites throughout London, the Home Counties and the East Anglia area is seeking a commercial property partner or senior associate for its Cambridge team.
The ideal commercial property solicitor will be a partner or a senior associate looking to make that step up, and will take over an existing caseload of work to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development work. It would be advantageous if you had an existing knowledge of the local market, and whilst a following isn't essential, it would be welcomed with a candidate at the senior level.
The firm’s team of 8 in Cambridge is supported by a wider team of circa 25 in commercial property, and is supported by a wider services group that includes planning, construction and litigation, both in Cambridge and at all of the firm’s other 4 offices.
