Our client is a long standing Legal 500 law firm with an excellent reputation and excellent quality work. The firm is seeking to appoint a Family Solicitor to slot into its team alongside the head of department and two other more junior fee earners.
The firm is looking for a family solicitor who can hit the ground running on a caseload of privately funded family matters without significant supervision. The ideal candidate will be between 2-4 years PQE who is personable and empathetic with an ability to build a quick rapport with clients to secure instructions. You must be able to undertake your own advocacy.
Ideally our client is looking for somebody within at least thirty minutes commuting distance of Tamworth. You must be able to drive as the office is situated on a business park which does not lend itself to public transport.
This law firm is managed exceptionally well. It operates as open planned and everybody is treated equally from management through to support staff. Flexible working can be offered during the pandemic, but post pandemic you would be at the office at least 2/3 days per week!
