An excellent new position has been created for a Construction & Engineering Lawyer to join the Band 1 Ranked team of a dynamic and innovative UK law firm. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this role will be based in Edinburgh.
Role Profile
This is an exceptional chance for a Construction & Engineering Lawyer to join a highly respected UK-wide team with an excellent reputation in transport, infrastructure, energy, and real estate. The team has a strong national presence with clients including government, utilities, developers, funder and investors. The role will involve advising on a range of matters including:
- Energy Infrastructure.
- Transport Infrastructure.
- Regeneration and commercial development.
- Dispute avoidance and resolution.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking with specialist Construction Lawyers who demonstrate:
- 3+ years’ PQE.
- Non-contentious and/or contentious construction experience.
- Experience on working on complex construction contracts.
