An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Associate level contentious private client specialist with a leading regional firm.
Due to increasing litigation demand the firm is seeking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate level contentious trust and probate specialist (Solicitor or Legal Executive) for the Warwickshire based head office. Acting on behalf of executors, beneficiaries and trustees you will pick up an existing caseload of high quality cases with the intention of further adding to future workloads through targeted marketing and business development activities.
As the level of appointment would suggest, there will be an emphasis on leadership and you will take an active role in the management and supervision of your colleagues, as well as working externally with work providers, generating future work. Applicants with either ACTAPS and/or STEP would be attractive however a strong track record and reputation in this field is equally essential.
