Our client, a top tier international City firm, is now looking to recruit a junior banking and finance associate to join its highly regarded banking and finance practice. The new associate will have the opportunity to work with partners across the banking and finance group on a broad range of banking and finance transactions including general corporate banking and lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, financial restructuring, structured finance and project finance, advising an elite client base. Junior associates are given as much responsibility and client contact as they are ready for, with all the appropriate supervision and support, and can also take advantage of a fantastic in-house training and associate development programme.

The partners are looking for highly personable, ambitious junior banking and finance lawyers who have trained at and qualified into another highly ranked banking and finance practice, but are looking for a step up or to have more general banking and finance experience earlier in their career as opposed to being pigeon holed into one area of finance at their current firm. As well as qualified banking and finance lawyers, the partners are also happy to consider final seat trainees provided they have received an offer from their current training firm.
