Commercial Lit/ Chancery Lit Solicitor/ Barrister NQ – 3 & 4+ years’ PQE/Call BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

Commercial law firm in the British Virgin Islands is looking to recruit Commercial Litigation/ Chancery Litigation lawyers – one of 0 to 3 and the other of 4 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team are Litigation and Insolvency specialists, with a team which spans a variety of offshore jurisdictions across the globe. Their client base is diverse, encompassing leading international and regional accountancy practices, onshore law firms, financial institutions, insolvency office holders, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, debtor in possession loan providers, directors, trustees, shareholders and corporate debtors. We have acted, and continue to act, for some of the world’s largest corporations including the Big Four accounting firms, as well as the world’s leading law firms. They have been involved in the most significant global offshore disputes and complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies of recent times, winning key-note victories for their clients. Candidates will either already be based offshore or currently working for well-regarded commercial private practice law firms or commercial Barristers’ sets in the UK, Canada or Australia. Trainee Solicitors and Barristers must have gained some exposure to commercially-related Litigation during their training.
