Non-contentious Construction lawyer NQ – 1 & 2+ years’ PQE LONDON

Two non-contentious Construction lawyers of 0 to 1 and another 2 or more years’ PQE to join their Construction team in London. The team has a broad client base, which includes property developers, energy and utilities companies, contractors, large sub-contractors and various significant public sector organisations. Many clients are well known industry participants and the team has worked on some of the UK Government central government procurements of social and economic infrastructure of high profile and high value. The successful candidate will work for high calibre clients on complex procurements and your experience will be varied and broad. You will work with notable clients and become a sector specialist, receiving bespoke training throughout your career ensuring you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice. In addition to developing your skills, knowledge and Construction law expertise, you will build relationships with new and existing clients of the firm and contribute to the team’s strategic planning and business development activities. For the more senior role, you will currently specialise exclusively or predominantly in non-contentious Construction law and have solid experience of JCT and NEC (any experience of FIDIC, MF/1 and other industry forms would be of interest but is not essential). If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Construction law.
