Commercial Litigation lawyer (Senior Solicitor) 6+ years’ PQE SURREY

Directories-listed Litigation department at this commercial law firm in Surrey is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation lawyer of 6 or more years’ PQE. The team provides support in a wide variety of Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation matters. The successful candidate will get involved with a broad range of work and must have solid experience in Commercial Litigation plus experience of either Property Litigation or contentious Probate. Experience of Insolvency or IP litigation is desirable although not essential. You will have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to build strong client relationships, as well as proven business development skills and a proven track record in generating work. You will also be looking for an opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Litigation department going forward. The team have built their recent success on collaborative working arrangements so the successful candidate will enjoy working as part of team and supervising and developing others.
