This Corporate team in Berkshire has enjoyed a strong financial year and they have a strong pipeline of interesting work ahead. In view of this, they are looking to grow and have an opportunity for a couple of Corporate lawyers – one of 0 to 1 and the other of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team
covers a broad mix of Corporate work with specialist private equity and venture capital, banking and insolvency expertise. Their clients come from many different sectors and vary in size from start-ups to multi-national businesses. While their typical deal value ranges from £5m to £25m, they also assist with smaller and larger deals. This role will enable you to build your career in a friendly and forward-thinking team which really encourages initiative and personal development. Under appropriate levels of supervision, you’ll enjoy plenty of client contact and the opportunity for early responsibility and advancement based on individual merit. As a firm, they have embraced ways to work more flexibly and are committed to continuing this in the future. If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in Corporate law. If you are newly-qualified, you will, ideally, have undertaken a seat in Corporate law.
