Property Litigation lawyer NQ – 1 & 2+ years’ PQE BRISTOL

Commercial law firm in Bristol is seeking to recruit two Property Litigation lawyers – one of 0 to 1 and the other of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team advises a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial property dispute resolution and property management.  They have an enviable client list, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public and quasi-public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including retail, leisure, telecoms, energy, central and local government, charities and transport and infrastructure. The successful candidates will be advising clients on a wide range of substantial contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices), the Electronic Communications Code and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes. The Property Disputes Team works very closely with the transactional Real Estate team so you will have the opportunity to develop strong ties across the practice, as well as access to quality work from the existing high calibre client list. If you are already qualified, you will specialise in Property Litigation law and if you are newly-qualified, you will, ideally have undertaken a seat in Property Litigation law (or general Commercial Litigation law which included some Property Litigation matters), though our client will also consider candidates who have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property law but with a demonstrable interest in specialising on the contentious side.
