We are now recruiting for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor for one of Cardiff's leading commercial law firms.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE working in a dedicated insolvency team or will be coming from a commercial litigation background where there has been a significant focus on contentious insolvency matters. The successful candidate will be experienced handling a range of contentious insolvency related matters (preferably with experience of acting for IPs (administrators/liquidators), creditors and owners of insolvent/potentially insolvent businesses). In addition, an excellent knowledge and understanding of insolvency related legislation and recent case law is a must for this role.
