Fantastic opportunity currently exists in Liverpool city centre for an experienced and ambitious (Defendant) Credit Hire Litigation Executive to join a structured team.
Due to their continuing success and the further expansion of this very well-regarded Defendant Credit Hire department, there is a new opening for an ambitious Credit Hire Litigation Executive (Legal Exec/Paralegal/Fee Earner) to join a forward thinking and progressive Credit Hire team acting on an array of Defendant matters.
Your new role will see you handle a Defendant Credit Hire caseload of litigated matters with complete autonomy from instruction through to completion. This role allows you to deal with more complex matters and you are required to have previous experience dealing with litigated claims.
The existing Credit Hire team deals with technically challenging Defendant Credit Hire matters and the department as a whole has had real success over recent months.
There are longer term opportunities for you to develop your role and progress into team leading and supervisory positions within the firm.
The reward for this exciting Defendant position is a competitive salary (guideline of up to £30k) which will be commensurate with previous experience and technical expertise. You will also be rewarded with a bonus scheme and full company benefits.
