A broad Privacy Analyst role covering data protection compliance responsibilities, reporting to the Privacy Director. This role is open to those looking to work remotely, based anywhere in the UK, as well as candidates who would like to work from the client's London based office.

This Privacy Analyst role sits with a well established, international Group, this role supports two businesses, one focused on the UK and one which is international. Both companies offer transport, logistics and supply chain services to clients.

The role supports the Privacy director, also working closely with the growing Legal team. The role can offer flexible working, so is suitable to those based in London or elsewhere in the country.
Description
This Privacy Analyst role is suitable for someone based in London or elsewhere in the country (looking to work remotely), the role will join a global 'virtual' team, with presence in the London office.
The Privacy Analyst will support the delivery of privacy and data protection compliance across global operations. This is critical to sustain our current level of growth across both brands. The Privacy Analyst will be key enabler in continuing to grow our Privacy and Data Protection capability within our people and across our processes.
The Privacy Manager / Analyst will be a key player in helping to continue to meet privacy and data protection requirements on a global scale, at a time when both companies are going through rapid growth and performing a critical role in the global COVID-19 Pandemic response.
Profile
This Privacy Analyst role is suitable for someone based in London or elsewhere in the country (looking to work remotely), the role will join a global 'virtual' team, with presence in the London office.
The role requires:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in supporting the implementation of privacy and data protection programmes, which must include supporting compliance with GDPR
- Experience in records management and/or managing data to a life cycle
- Experience in mapping processes and/or data flows
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across the organisation at all levels.
- Experience in a busy, commercial environment, dealing with multiple deadlines
- Experience in health services /pharma industry is desirable but not essential
- Accreditation in CIMP/CIPP-E is desirable but will also be suppoted by the business if not held
