JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months+
LOCATION: Lancashire (Commutable from: Accrington, Blackburn, Bolton, Burnley, Chorley, Darwen, Preston)

THE ROLE:
The Family Lawyer will be working with a highly regarded family team where many are accredited specialists with extensive expertise in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution. The Family Lawyer will be handling a broad mix of family and children law matters under supervision from an experienced Solicitor. You will be managing your own caeload as well as assisting on more complex cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Lawyer will have at least 12 months experience within family law, working as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal. You will be able to demonstrate that you can act with minimal supervision, as well as part of a larger team. It is essential that you are an effective communicator, able to deal with a wide range of clients, as well as liaising with other solicitors and colleagues.
