The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a progressive and friendly High Street firm in Exeter to secure a Residential Property Solicitor to work on a busy and varied caseload.

The firm has been operating for around 100 years and has a great local client base in the areas surrounding areas and have a large amount of work which needs immediate attention. The pandemic has caused a large influx of work in the conveyancing department and the current solicitors are managing lots of files between them.

For someone who likes to be busy but have a manageable number of files, this role will allow you to hit the ground running and start billing immediately.

The Role

This friendly High Street Firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will also suit Conveyancing Executives and Chartered Legal Executives.

The role will be varied across the full spectrum of residential property and work includes leasehold and freehold, new build, title checks and lease extensions.

This will be a volume role and candidates with a good track record of managing a busy caseload and good billing history will be strongly preferred but not essential.
