Are you actively seeking a new opportunity within Private Client law?
Currently there is an exciting new position for an experienced Solicitor to join the Private Client Team in Shaftesbury.
The successful candidate will possess:
A strong background in Private Client/Wills & Probate
Knowledge of preparing wills and powers of attorney
Inheritance tax
Court of protection
Trusts
Estate planning
Minimum Requirements:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years experience within Private Client work to join a firm that not only supports but has the best interests of their staff at its heart.
You need to be a team player but also able to work on your own under pressure, as well as supervise junior members of the team, whilst running your own caseload.
Benefits:
Salary Negotiable on experience, but in the region of £40,000- £45,000
