Hawk 3 Talent is proud to bring a new client on board and present this brilliant vacancy for 2x Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a friendly firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly and ethical employer who can provide a good quality of Conveyancing work.

Based in Gloucestershire, this is a full-time, permanent position.

The Firm

The firm has been established and a local name for the residents for over 300 years and as a result have generated a large client base of local connections. Their clients (particularly in HNW conveyancing) have now extended nationally and internationally. This is somewhat unusual for a firm of this size but shows their level of expertise and experience.

The Role

The firm is now looking for 2X Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join them.

The first vacancy sits within the Residential Property team and will be taking over from an employee who has worked there for over 20 years. This will include a large caseload of volume conveyancing work and support from existing members of the team. This role will suit someone 2+ PQE who is looking to join a firm with pre-existing work. Candidates who are billing well but have spent little time on business development would be comfortable in this role.

The second vacancy is for a Residential Conveyancer 3-5 PQE who is keen on developing their own practiser and client following. It will sit in their much smaller office but will come with more responsibility and less of a starting point. This will suit candidates who enjoy business development or already have connections of the market.

Both roles will have a mixture of residential work such as:

• Sale, purchase and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties.
• DOD.
• Shared ownership.
• Help to buy schemes and more.
