Plot Sales Solicitor - Hampshire/Wiltshire
Leading law firm rated in the top 200 that continues to grow and is regarded for investing in their employees, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their New Build Team, based in either Hampshire or Wiltshire.
The New Build Team is on the preferred solicitors panel and acts for the majority of the top house builders in the UK.
The role will involve working on purely new build transactions at every stage of the process including Help to Buy funding within a fast paced environment.
Ideally, you will be an expert within New Build transactions and used to working within a high volume environment, able to deal with clients that include first time buyers and experienced property investors and able to build relationships with a range of external clients.
