As part of the role, you will handle your own more straightforward banking matters as well as working closely with the rest of the team on larger more complex transactions, often with an international aspect. You will have direct client contact from day one and be encouraged to develop your own business relationships, as well as getting involved in team-wide marketing activities.

The team handles the full range of banking transactions, acting on behalf of lender and corporate clients, including syndicated and bilateral facilities on corporate refinancing, acquisition finance, asset-based lending and real estate finance, and they advise on some of the most high-profile deals in the region, as well as national and international deals working the banking teams in other offices. They also work closely with the restructuring team on distressed re-financing transactions and other restructuring matters.
